Study Care Educational Helpline provides education consultation and guidance services only. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• College and university shortlisting and advisory for Indian programs.
• Admission counseling for engineering, medical, arts, and science programs.
• Abroad education guidance including university selection, visa process support, SOP writing advisory, and pre-departure orientation.
• Career counseling and job placement support for graduates.
• Documentation guidance for application processes.

Study Care Educational Helpline provides guidance and support throughout the admission process. However, we do not and cannot guarantee admission to any specific college, university, or program.

Our role is to maximize your chances of successful admission through proper guidance, documentation, and timely application — but outcomes cannot be guaranteed by any consultancy or advisor.

Our service fees are communicated transparently before any engagement begins. By engaging our paid consultation services, you agree to the following:

• Service fees are non-refundable once a consultation session has commenced or guidance work has begun.
• Fees do not include college tuition, application fees, visa charges, or any third-party costs.
• Payments must be made as agreed before or during the commencement of the service.
• We do not charge any hidden or undisclosed fees. All charges will be explained upfront.
• Receipts or invoices will be provided upon request.

The quality and outcome of our guidance is directly dependent on the accuracy of information provided by the student and/or their parent or guardian.

You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information including:

• Academic qualifications, marks, and certificates.
• Category, community, or reservation status.
• Financial details relevant to fee payment or scholarship eligibility.
• Personal identification and contact information.

By contacting Study Care Educational Helpline through our WhatsApp number (+91 90421 55050) or by clicking the WhatsApp button on our website, you explicitly consent to:

• Receiving admission-related updates, reminders, and service notifications via WhatsApp.
• Receiving follow-up communications regarding your enquiry.
• Receiving important deadline alerts or counseling notices relevant to your chosen programs.

We do not engage in spam messaging. You may withdraw your consent at any time by replying "STOP" to any of our WhatsApp messages. We will immediately cease all communications upon receiving such a request.

Study Care Educational Helpline is committed to maintaining the strict confidentiality of all student and parent information shared with us during the course of our service.

We agree to:

• Keep all personal, academic, and financial information strictly confidential.
• Not disclose student information to unauthorized third parties.
• Share information with partner colleges or institutions only with the student's or guardian's consent.
• Store all data securely and limit access to only those staff members who need it for service delivery.

This confidentiality obligation applies to all present and former clients and continues even after the conclusion of our service engagement.

Study Care Educational Helpline maintains partnerships and referral relationships with several colleges, universities, and institutions in India and abroad. These partnerships may include referral fees or institutional tie-ups.

Students are free to choose any institution they prefer. We will never pressure a student toward a specific college for commercial reasons.

Study Care Educational Helpline, its directors, staff, and associates shall not be held liable for:

• Changes in college admission policies, fee structures, or seat availability after our guidance was provided.
• Visa rejections by foreign embassies or immigration authorities.
• Academic performance, examination results, or academic outcomes after enrollment.
• Loss or damage arising from a student's failure to meet application deadlines despite being informed.
• Inaccurate information provided by students, colleges, or third-party sources.
• Force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government policy changes, or pandemic-related disruptions.

Our liability in any case is limited to the service fees paid by the client for the specific service in question.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, and specifically the applicable laws of the State of Tamil Nadu.

In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through mutual discussion and good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.

Study Care Educational Helpline reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time, at our sole discretion, without prior notice.

• Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
• It is the responsibility of users to periodically review these terms for changes.
